Basic introduction
The traditional screw plate machine is either pulling or fixing die forming. For our screw plate machine, main parts including foundation, hydraulic system, pressing and sliding block, mould, electric control system, it works by driving moulds on the foundation to reciprocating move, and this makes two moulds interactional to change steel plate shape to be screw. Our screw plate machine system not only can produce tapered ID&OD flights, canting flights but also can produce multi-step changing flights which can suit a complicated shaped inner shaft.
