Basic introduction
Our section flighting machine system can produce flights from 50mm to 1000mm. The maximum thickness can go up to 30mm for carbon steel and 12mm for abrasive resistant steel.
We tried to make one 1000mm diameter flight in 30mm thickness carbon steel. The forming took about 2-3minutes. The whole process started from loading the flight blank into the machine, then forming. This kinds of section flighting machine moulds materials are high hardness alloy steel which has long life time.
