How to maintain a continuous spiral blade cold rolling machine?

The spiral blade cold rolling machine processes continuous spiral blades and the final spiral blades are with unequal thickness. The unique structure makes the spiral blade cold machine have a different appearance from other cold rolling mills. As a cold rolling mill, the roller is an indispensable part, the working roller on the spiral blade machine is conical, and the supporting part is cylindrical. When working, the two conical surface are parallel and squeeze the steel strips to form a spiral shape.

The spiral blade cold rolling mill needs long-term maintenance to make good spiral blades. Regular maintenance can keep the cold rolling mill in good operating condition, and the finished produc size will be more accurate and the appearance will be more beautiful. The specific maintenance is as the followings:
1.Check the lubricationg oil of the reduction box on the spiral blade cold rolling mill once a month. If it is insufficient, add lubricating oil in time;
2.The roller coolant cannot be less. If it is insufficient, it should be added in time;
3.After each proceeing, wipe the working surface of the roller with a rag to remove the oxide scale and stains on the surface of the roller to ensure the good condition of the roller;
4.The feeding port of the spiral blade cold rolling machine should be checked frequently to see if the inside of the port is smooth, whether there are debris or scratches, and ensure that the surface of the steel strip is not scratched;
5.Check the hydraulic pump station regularly. When the oil level is lower than the normal position, it should be added in time;
6.The control cabinet of the spiral blade cold rolling machine should be kept clean to prevent dust or iron pins from entering the control cabinet and affecting the operation.
